Kev Txhim Kho Ntawm Rare Earth Magnets hauv Cov Tsheb Hluav Taws Xob

Kev nce qib tsis ntev los no hauv tsheb hluav taws xob (EV) thev naus laus zis tau ua rau muaj kev txhawj xeeb txog kev tsim cov hlau nplaum tsis tshua muaj zog hauv ntiaj teb. General Motors (GM) tau koom tes nrog Niron Magnetics los tsim cov hlau nplaum nitride hlau uas tsis tso siab rau lub ntiaj teb tsis tshua muaj xws li neodymium, dysprosium lossis praseodymium (CleanTechnica). Kev tsim kho tshiab yog txhawm rau hais txog tus nqi thiab cov khoom lag luam teeb meem cuam tshuam nrog cov hlau nplaum tsis tshua muaj hauv ntiaj teb.

Kev lig kev cai, cov hlau nplaum neodymium yog ib feem tseem ceeb ntawm lub tshuab hluav taws xob tsheb vim tias lawv muaj peev xwm tsim cov hlau nplaum muaj zog thaum lub teeb yuag, yog li kev txhim kho tsheb ua haujlwm thiab kev ua tau zoo (Rochester Magnet). Txawm li cas los xij, kev cia siab rau cov ntsiab lus tsis tshua muaj hauv ntiaj teb nthuav tawm cov teeb meem ib puag ncig thiab geopolitical. Cov hlau nplaum nitride tshiab, cov khoom lag luam huv ntiaj teb hlau nplaum ™, yog tsim los daws cov teeb meem no los ntawm kev muab lwm txoj hauv kev ruaj khov thiab muaj txiaj ntsig zoo.

Niron cov thev naus laus zis tau muab los ntawm kev tshawb fawb los ntawm US Department of Energy's ARPA-E qhov kev pab cuam, uas tau pib txhawb txoj haujlwm nrog $ 4.2 lab thiab tom qab ntawd tau muab $ 17.5 lab ntxiv rau kev hloov pauv ntawm lab scale mus rau kev lag luam (CleanTechnica). Cov nyiaj tau hais txog qhov muaj peev xwm ntawm cov hlau nplaum no los hloov kho lub tsheb hluav taws xob los ntawm kev txo qis kev cia siab ntawm cov khoom siv tsawg hauv ntiaj teb.

Kev hloov mus rau cov hlau nplaum tsis tshua muaj hauv ntiaj teb yog ib feem ntawm kev siv zog dav dua los tsim cov saw hlau txuas ntxiv rau cov tsheb hluav taws xob. Los ntawm kev siv cov ntaub ntawv tshiab no, automakers zoo li GM tuaj yeem txo cov nqi tsim khoom thiab kev cuam tshuam ib puag ncig thaum tuav cov qauv kev ua haujlwm siab rau lawv lub tsheb hluav taws xob (CleanTechnica).
